We have an account set up at the Willowbrook Bottle Depot, located at 19641 60th Avenue. 
The Account a name is Hazelgrove Elementary School PAC or Acct #761. 

All you have to do is take your empties there and let them know that you would like to donate them to the Hazelgrove Elementary School PAC and Voila, you have just donated to the PAC - THANK YOU!
