We are looking for one or two parents from each division to act as a Liaison between the Teachers, the Parents of that division and the PAC Executives.  The responsibilities for the position would be to attend the monthly meetings (if more than one parent than only one parent needs to attend) and assist with fundraising activities as well as keeping the Parents of that division informed of PAC meeting information.  The parents name & division will be posted here so that all parents will know which parent(s) they can go to in their division.  Parents will be given a letter to send to the parents of the children in their class to make a class email list for themselves so that they can contact the other parents in their classrooms conveniently.
